SPIRIT COAST is an exploration of the moment where observation becomes imagination, and the Atlantic begins to reveal familiar forms hidden within its waves.

Developed over two months on a single stretch of Morocco's coastline, the series emerged through repeated observation rather than chance. As tide, wind and hidden rock formations aligned, fleeting shapes appeared and reappeared—spirals, ethereal wisps and creatures that seemed to rise from the sea before vanishing moments later. hat first appeared to be chaos gradually revealed its own visual language, transforming the coastline into a place of recurring encounters rather than random events.

Rather than illustrating mythology, SPIRIT COAST explores the human instinct that has always given rise to it: our desire to find meaning, memory and spirit within the elemental world.
